Loading machines have the right of way.  

Our yard and parking area is an active loading area. Customer assumes all liability by entering our property and being loaded or unloaded.  We are not liable for damage to property while property is in our yard. This includes but is not limited to vehicles and trailers.  Customer is responsible for weight capacities for any products and securing any payload. Customer assumes liability for property damage during any delivery.
